Our powerful enriched bar soap with Jewelweed and Grindelia helps alleviate symptoms of poison ivy and oak.

Key Ingredients:

Jewelweed is a herb used topically for poison ivy, oak, and sumac. It’s a natural precusor after being exposed.

Grindelia used topically on skin irritations such as poison ivy and oak, insect bites, eczema, and minor burns.

Geranium is a popular skin therapy that reduces inflammation and infection of wounds, eczema, acne, burns, and it is used for the prevention of herpes (vagina, chicken pox, and shingles).

Chamomile is ideal on all complexion types, seborrhea, including sensitive, puffy or inflamed conditions. It is also alleviates topical skin irritations such as (dermatitis), boils, rashes, and enlarged capillaries.

Lavender an antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral herb is pleasant not only in smell but for it’s rich purple color. One of my favorite herbs to grow and add into skin care products, as you can tell. Lavender’s rich purple color is amazing when it’s planted beside Chamomile’s white leaves and yellow center. The two together smell like honey when you walk by on a crisp summer morning. Lavender can be applied neat as well as in skin care products such as creams, ointments, balms for bug bites, skin irritations, bee stings, psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, diaper rash, laser burn, acne blemish skin, and inflamed muscles. Lavender is truly a medicinal herb for all skin care issues from A-Z. It’s not only on of my favorite herbs, but’s always in my First Aid kit!

After exposure apply cleanse the area thoroughly with our bar soap all over the body, making sure to avoid eye area. Rinse with cool water. Pat dry. Repeat as needed. Follow up with our “Psoriasis Eczema Cream” for intense itchying and irritaion.
